Based in "Sunny Nelson," New Zealand, Diane set out to create something unique and multifunctional in her own back yard. She settled on getting a 19.4 square meter Brook River Cabin for her property where she could really spread out, work, play, entertain guests and relax in essentially the same space!
"I use it as a Zen Den, hobby craft room, studio, spare bedroom- I’ve designed it so it’s multifunctional. It’s great having this beautiful space In the garden. I have a desk, chair, sofa bed, breakfast bar, with two stools, computer, bar fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. Also a sofa chair which is a fab way to relax inside and and out of the cabin. I have two cape cod chairs on a deck I built to create a good indoor outdoor flow from the cabin. I love it !!"

Diane has done an incredible job with the finish of her SheShed cabin. It has been painted throughout and has an added wrap round deck - making the space beautiful and great for indoor/outdoor use. Diane has also added an extra top hung window (which was bought from SheShed) to the rear of her cabin, giving it extra light and added air circulation as the double glazed window can open and close too.
